• Prior to all appointmants it's the responsibility of the vehicle owner to inform Lyneham Posh clean of any scratches or dents on the vehicle or damage to the upholstery. This includes things such as loose paint, freshly painted areas or damaged interior, failure to inform us may cause further damage.  Lyneham Posh Clean will not be held responsible this.

• We will let you know when to pick up your vehicle, we recommend you pick it up promptly; once we have finished the service neither Lyneham Posh Clean nor the Property Owner can be held responsible for your vehicle.

• As a small busness Lyneham Posh Clean don't as standard issue reminders of your booking. If you have requested a regular appointment these will be issued annually.

• Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours before the booking. Failure to notify will result in a charge to the full value of your booking. No further appointments will proceed until this charge has been settled.
