• When carrying out a clean it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to inform myself of any areas of the vehicle that are of a concern i.e. loose paint, freshly painted areas or damaged interior.  I can not be held responsible for any damage caused.

• If you leave your vehicle to be picked up after a clean from my unit and I am not there you do so at your own risk. My self or the owner of the property can not be held responsible for any loss or damage.

• When making an appointment please be aware there will not be any remainders sent so please make a note of the time and date.

• If an appointment(s) are not cancelled within 24hrs or you do not turn up or you forget then an invoice will be issued for the full amount of that appointment(s).
